What do I bring at pickup?
Your valid driving licence, your passport or national ID, and your booking confirmation. That's it, no cash deposit and no security cheque.
Is cancellation really free?
Yes. Every booking includes free cancellation and a full refund up to 48 hours before pickup, with no penalty and no questions asked.
Do I need a credit card to rent a car in Morocco?
No, a credit card is never mandatory. A debit card works, and you can also pay in cash or by bank transfer at the agency desk. If you choose to pay online at booking, that payment is made by card.
How much is the security deposit?
The amount depends on the insurance tier you choose, not only on the car: with Premium no deposit is taken at all except on Luxe & Sport and Super Cars, which keep a reduced one, while Basic and Smart apply a deposit to every vehicle. On a small city car (Citadine) it is about 5,400 MAD on Basic and about 2,700 MAD on Smart; on Luxe & Sport it is about 26,900 MAD on Basic and still about 10,100 MAD on Premium. Prices are set in USD and converted, so these figures are approximate, and the deposit is settled at pickup, not when you book online.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, cash is accepted at the agency desk, and so is bank transfer. Choosing to pay at the agency instead of online adds a 10% surcharge.
Is a guarantee cheque required?
No. We never ask for a guarantee cheque and never take one, so that payment path does not exist here. Any deposit that applies to your tier is settled at pickup.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup and you are refunded in full, 100%. Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before pickup and 30% is refunded, and cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup gives no refund. The optional Flexible Cancellation add-on overrides all of that and gives a full refund at any point before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds are returned to the original online payment, so a booking paid at the agency has no online payment to refund automatically.
